Immediate Interview-Risk IT Data Engineer – NY

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Build key risk technology components.
Interface with senior stakeholders in Risk Management and across the firm to gather requirements and resolve issues.
Contribute ideas and industry best practices to the wider Risk Technology group as part of design discussions and incident reviews.
Required Qualifications:
Deep expertise in Java, Python, or similar programming language with experience building production applications.
Expertise in building interactive dashboards, data visualization, and reporting solutions
Strong knowledge of SQL and large-scale data modeling, processing, and storage utilizing modern columnar and relationship databases like Oracle, Snowflake, and AWS RedShift.
Experience in developing cloud based loosely coupled event driven microservices using serverless technologies, preferably on AWS.
Knowledge of modern SDLC tooling, including Git, Bamboo, and Jira.
Experience in risk analytics, market risk, or credit risk.
Bachelor s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar technical discipline.
