For this position, we are seeking a growth driven, detail-oriented Commercial Lines Insurance sales consultant to join us and grow. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships, analyzing businesses to determine their insurance needs and recommending strategies to meet the clients financial and strategic organizational goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them navigate the complexities of managing risk while ensuring compliance with regulations and generating the best possible financial outcomes. As an Commercial Lines Risk Consultant at Reagan Companies, you will be following a proven process to identify ideal prospects, develop meaningful relationships and acquire clients. This is an opportunity to create your own business, but with the support needed to succeed. You will have committed leadership, ongoing development and dedicated service support as you create your own client relationships and grow within our team-oriented environment. In addition, you will have access to a digital/ social media marketing team to help you find your next prospect/ client. This position is open to individuals with experience and those currently outside of the Commercial Insurance industry. Responsibilities Active prospecting – Cold calling, social media, networking, etc. Establish and maintain a growing sales pipeline Build and retain a book of business comprised of local and regional clients. Utilize a variety of products and funding methods to deliver the best outcomes for your clients Provide transparent, direct, reliable consultation and service to clients. Meet or exceed set minimum production goals annually. Responsible for overall client strategy and client satisfaction. Identify problems, summarize, and develop strategic solutions that meet the clients needs. Educate and advise clients on innovative solutions available to them in the marketplace. Keep informed and provide client support on current markets, market trends, legislative requirements and industry changes. Strict adherence to Company and regulatory privacy standards. Qualifications Proven track record of business-to-business sales; cold calling experience required.
Great active listening skills:
ability to listen, comprehend and react to client needs. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint. The demonstrated ability to communicate, collaborate and work well in a team setting; needs to be proficient in both verbal and written communication. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Insurance Industry experience (required). The ability to build and develop relationships. Ability to work independently and see initiatives or issues through to completion. Must be comfortable dealing with all kinds of people and have a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
