UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Authorized Officer, Quantitative Analyst in Nashville, TN

We’re looking for an Authorized Officer, Quantitative Analyst to:

• Develop and maintain both regulatory capital relevant (e.g. probability of default (PD)) and macro-economic forecasting models in line with international regulatory and accounting requirements.
• Support and ensurepliance with ongoing and new regulatory initiatives to manage our risk e.g. US CECL, CCAR/DFAST, IFRS9, Basel IV and other support regulatory exercises.
• Bring Innovation to the team in the development, refinement and implementation of risk models.
• Perform and document model performance and confirmation analysis.
• Communicate technical information to Senior Management, Risk Officers, Subject Matter Experts and Regulators.
• Can work remotely.

Your expertise

• Education & Experience Requirement
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in enterprise risk management, mathematics or a related field of study.
• Alternate Education & Experience Requirement (if applicable)
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in enterprise risk management, mathematics or a related field of study and 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience as a Risk Strategy & Analytics Analyst Intern or a related occupation in lieu of Master’s degree.
• Position requires knowledge of following:
• (1) Python; (2) Big data; (3) Risk modelling; (4) LGD; (5) CCAR; (6) Statistics and probability; (7) Objected Oriented Programming; (8) Logit/Probit; (9) generalized linear regression; (10) PCA; (11) stochastic processes; (12) macroeconomics; (13) theory of interest.
