PRIMARY PURPOSE
: Assist and support the company’s global risk management team, primarily in the areas of compliance, corporate security, health & safety, and business continuity.
ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS and
RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather and maintain internal data and reporting related to safety, security, and business continuity Partner with multiple internal departments to gather information needed for department SOC, ISO, and other compliance responsibilities Support development and maintenance of internal stewardship reporting Coordinate projects that improve the department’s reporting on metrics and KPIs Assist with invoice processing and other routine administrative items

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience 1-3 years of experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in areas including compliance, corporate security, audit, finance, safety, or risk management preferred. Skills & Knowledge Excellent attention to detail Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to build from scratch Strong PC literacy, especially Excel Strong organizational skills Analytical skills, especially related to problem solving and developing KPIs and metrics from data points Ability to work in a team environment Literacy with Tableau, PowerBI, or other visualization tools preferred
