Responsibilities of the

Fraud Analyst:

Assist Risk Management team in identifying fraud trends Respond to customer transaction verifications via email & telephone
Communicate with customers and internal employees
Utilize fraud monitoring tool
Requirements of the

Fraud Analyst:

Experience working within Risk & Fraud in a Financial company
Solid understanding of credit card, debit card, and prepaid card fraud
Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook
