This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.

Responsibilities:

This role will assist senior leaders with operational oversight of medical professional liability and general liability claims and litigation, the corporate insurance portfolio, and captive insurance entities. Under the direction of senior leaders, this role is responsible for ensuring effective claims management aligned with industry best practices. The role will work with outside counsel on claim resolution strategy and manage loss runs. This role will analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce frequency and severity. This role will support senior leaders in oversight of system insurance portfolio and will partner with brokers and carriers to optimize insurance solutions and address emerging risks.
