Risk Management Specialist Position Available In Duval, Florida

ObjectiveThis position is responsible forpartnering withthe Executive Director of Finance and Risk Managementwithongoinganalysis,administrationandtheannual renewal of the insurance programsforThe Church of Eleven22, Hopes ClosetThrift and The Retreat Center.

This position willperformrelated risk management functions includinghelping toidentify and assess factors that could contribute to risk or liability for the organization. The Risk Management Specialist also partners and collaborates with ministriesto promote risk management best practices through theorganization.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate withExecutive Director of Finance and Risk Management with insurance renewalssuch asgathering and evaluating exposure datasuch asvehicle/driver schedules, property and equipment values and other data necessaryin the renewalprocessPartnerwithcompanys insurance brokers to ensure thatsecured insurance policies meetthecompanys ongoing business needs and align torisktoleranceServeasmain point of contact (POC)for insurance-relatedquestionsbetweenthebusiness and insurance broker to ensure requests are being metcompletely andin atimelymannerEstablish and monitor the lifecycle of certificatesof insurance,ensuringthey align with business needs and required riskcoverageCompleteannual insurance auditsManage all property claimsobtaining needed documentation toprocess, submit and reportliability and propertyclaimsPartner withExecutive Director of Finance and Risk Managementtoco-develop an enterprise risk management program.
