Risk Management Coordinator Risk Management Coordinator Essential Functions:
Coordinate review and entry of Incident Reports into the database Complete risk analysis reports and identifies recommendations for improvement Assist with investigations of actual and potential risks in the facility Assist with follow-through for program initiatives and corrective actions Assist with ensuring policies and procedures that improve patient care and employee safety are carried out Focus on improving patient safety and the health of the patients at the facility Work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team Record and maintain committee meeting minutes, performance improvement, and risk management documentation. Maintenance and updating of policy and procedure manuals. Maintain and update electronic and physical databases
