We are seeking a Risk Manager that will effectively manage Workers’ Compensation claim activities as well as develop and direct a robust safety program designed to meet the unique needs of our company. In this position, you will provide and monitor on-site and in-person investigations, documentation gathering, effectively advocate claims and ensure mitigating safety programs are utilized effectively. You will work with all of our branches to properly manage safety programs and claims and collaborate with the Insurance Administrators and legal professionals handling the claims. Candidate must have knowledge of Workers’ Compensation processes and laws.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience 5 + years experience handling Workers Compensation claims 5 + years administering safety related programs A thorough understanding of worker’s comp insurance including state statutes, rules & regulations Florida workers compensation adjuster license required Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
