Orlando, FL Hospital Risk Management Specialist Pay Rate:

M-F, $18/hour Remote work not available.

Please note:

~80% of the job requires being on the phone conducting investigations. As Risk Management Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of duties in order to assist in monitoring and evaluating the provision of care/services to ensure operational integrity and efficiency.

These functions include:

Conducting concurrent and retrospective program integrity reviews Identifying areas of practice variances and prioritizing improvement activities, coordinating of loss prevention, loss control and claims management for the inpatient and hospital units Facilitating audits and site visits Developing procedures and organizational practices for service delivery and improved client care Implementing training and education activities Promoting the Standards of Conduct and corporate initiatives of the Quality Management Performance Improvement & Risk Management Programs, Health and Safety Program and Compliance Program, serving as quality management provider on committees as the department representative Assisting in preparation of reports, proposals, presentations and other special projects. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Position qualifications:

Ability to receive and maintain a(n) Level II Background clearance Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice.
