Candidates must have the experience to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

Assist with processing liability, property, excess, automobile, and worker compensation insurance claims and work with insurance companies and other vendors. Manage claims process including gathering claim documentation and video surveillance, submitting claims timely to the carriers, communicating with management and adjusters, and ensuring claim reimbursements are received and distributed to the appropriate divisions. Communicate with vendors, insurance companies, insurance brokers, defense counsel, licensing and permitting agencies and others pertaining to insurance, claims and disputes. Ensure HR posters have been received and posted at the dealerships. Assist Payroll Administrators with filing. Maintain employee confidence and ensure all information remains confidential. Assist with various projects as needed.

Requirements:
