Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project Planning:

Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project objectives are met.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments, mitigation plans, and progress reports.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Continuously monitor project progress and risk factors, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Risk Mitigation:

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.

Compliance:

Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. In-depth knowledge of technology risk management practices and methodologies. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and risk management with a focus on Technology (AI, Cyber, Data etc.) or Non-Financial Risk Management (Risk Control Self Assessment/RCSA, Non-Financial Risk Management, Operating Losses etc.) This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $44.09/hour – $58.79/hour
