Job Description
Description We are currently seeking a Project Manager who has experience supporting Technology Risk, IT Risk, or AI Transformation organizations in large banks or wealth/asset management firms. This role is a critical expansion of the growing PMO function.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project objectives are met.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments, mitigation plans, and progress reports.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Continuously monitor project progress and risk factors, providing regular updates and reports to Sr. management.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Risk Mitigation:
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.
Compliance:
Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Project Management certifications preferred AI project support experience preferred but not a hard requirement if they have extensive Technology/IT Risk experience
