This role is crucial in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks that could impact our organization’s financial health and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in safety proactively and reactively. Duties Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential financial threats and vulnerabilities. Conduct playground inspections and must obtain a Certified Playground Safety Inspector License within 12 months. Ability to effectively present information and respond to large employee groups. Prepare detailed reports on risk findings, presenting insights and recommendations to Director of Risk Management and Employee Benefits. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to risk management. Skills Develop and implement loss control measure to reduce the frequency of employee and students. Process and monitor Workers’ Compensation claims, including injury investigations.

Investigate and process claims:

property loss, student injury and vehicle accidents. Inspect all school buildings, grounds and playground installation on a regular basis to determine that high standards of safety are maintained. Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations. Interact with staff, administration, parents, outside agencies, business partners and the community, in a professional and cooperative manner. Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
