United States of America About The Role:

As a CBRE Operational, Risk and Compliance Manager, you play acrucial role in understanding business processes, assessing risksto business objectives, evaluating control effectiveness, anddocumenting audit projects. In this role, you will work closely with internal partners toevaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, ensuring operatingprocedures are followed consistently and efficiently. You willpartner with Property Management on their adherence to GlobalStandards, regulatory requirements, and industry beststandards/practices while fostering a culture of continuousimprovement.

What You’ll Do:

Administer the Environments for Excellence program (internalcompliance program) by prioritizing, scheduling and conductingin-person and desktop compliance audits. Identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance anddevelop mitigation plans. Report audit outcomes and work with local/regional managementto improve operational compliance, including developing resourcesand materials for use by the markets. Refine internal processes and procedures based on auditfindings, regulatory changes, and industry standards and ensurethey are well-defined and easily understood with our GlobalStandards Continuously assess and improve standards and practices.

Identify improvement opportunities, working alongside PropertyManagement Operations Team (both in-market and Business Operations)to refine and implement standard processes and ensure engagementand compliance. Develop training materials and conduct training based on theneeds of field staff throughout the region and/or client account.

Use web and classroom training resources. Ensure completion ofdefined curriculum for each job within standard time frames. Collaborate with other departments to ensure complianceprocesses are aligned across Property Management. Lead and oversee monthly critical metric Reporting and GlobalStandards governance, ensuring compliance with defined PropertyManagement Operating Standards. Coach others and share knowledge of own job field and broadknowledge of several jobs within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

Experience with using Zoom for hosting and running virtualmeetings and webinars is required. Experience with Smartsheet for project management is preferredbut not required. The minimum salary for the Operational, Risk andCompliance Manager position is $115,000 annually and the maximumsalary for the Operational, Risk and Compliance Manager position is$125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successfulcandidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications,and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for adiscretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
