Candidate will Support Holder’s Operational Risk group who is responsible for compliance, contracting, and Project and Post Construction Support.

Compliance Support
- Maintenance of Business and Contractor Licensing, State Registrations, Notifications of Commencement, Affidavits, State and Local Requirements and Applicable Law Research Weekly Reports
- Projects Starting Up/Closing Out and those with Change in Status Preparing and Updating Department Agendas, Reports, and Metrics Contract Support
- Document Comparisons and Validating Negotiated Terms have Been Incorporated Project Issues/Post Construction Issues
- Lien Waiver Distribution, Lien and Bond Claim Support, and Miscellaneous Agreements/Contracts Physical and Electronic File Management and Organization; including Document Distribution and Document Retention Expense and Invoice Review and Processing for Timely Vendor Payments Training Support
