Responsibilities Responsible for the clinical, operational, and financial management of Risk Management, Safety, Workers’ Compensation, HIPAA, Infection Control, Employee Health, Learning and Organizational Development, Diabetes Education, and Patient Relations. Participate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of organization wide changes relative to the above functions to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and standards of care, promote community service, and foster operational efficiency. Qualifications

REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience, and 2 years management experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Demonstrated leadership ability with effective analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to organize and make objective and sound decisions. Demonstrated data management skills and a basic understanding of statistical analysis. Ability to coordinate and conduct staff training programs. Ability to serve as a positive change agent. Knowledgeable in Performance Improvement. Working knowledge of team dynamics/teamwork concepts. Ability to supervise assigned staff.

Work Hours:

8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
