Safety & Risk Manager Position Available In Gwinnett, Georgia

Safety & Risk Manager Gwinnett County , GA Direct Hire Corporate $150K to $175K 06/11/2025 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Safety & Risk Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $175,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and continuously improve safety programs, policies, and procedures to reduce workplace risks. Conduct regular safety assessments and audits to identify hazards and recommend improvements. Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and corrective actions. Coordinate and deliver safety training sessions, workshops, and emergency drills for employees. Monitor and analyze safety data and KPIs to track performance and implement preventive measures.

Requirements:

Demonstrate 5+ years of direct experience in safety management, preferably in auto logistics. Show thorough knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and other federal and state safety regulations. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization with strong interpersonal skills. Manage ELD systems accurately and provide fair, consistent safety coaching to drivers. Serve as the primary contact for insurance matters, including annual renewals and GAP analysis.

Qualifications:

Hold a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Possess strong leadership skills and a proven ability to engage and motivate teams. Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software. Maintain a track record of implementing successful safety programs and initiatives. 1+ years of supervisory experience and 6+ years of related industry experience. REF#50531
