  • Gambling of Risk Prevention Grant to join our Addictions team!

. The Care Coordinator is responsible for developing community partnerships, providing education and referral to problem gambling services and will serve as a central point of contact for clients in providing culturally responsive care coordination within the community. Services may include community advocacy, education, provide assistance with financial services and employment, developing community partnerships, providing screeners, and referral to treatment. Full-Time position Monday

  • Friday:

    9am

  • 5pm Ideal candidate must be bilingual English/Spanish
  • $5,000 language differential What you’ll do: Promotion and advocacy around problem gambling and risk prevention in the city of Chelsea by establishing community relationships with local businesses and city agencies.

Provide referrals to services including outpatient treatment, mental health support, financial literacy, housing assistance, workforce development, and ESOL programs. Distribute materials and resources in multiple languages to educate community partnerships on problem gambling education and prevention. Collaborate with local agencies and the City of Chelsea Department of Public Health on creating and maintaining avenues for treatment and prevention. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. What you’ll need:

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree/Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years of case management experience is preferred. Knowledge of community agencies and resources. Skills Must be bi-lingual, Spanish speaking. A valid driver’s license and functional vehicle required.
