Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 120 bed capacity behavioral health facility that provides psychiatric services. We specialize in treatment for adults, children and adolescents. Brentwood Behavioral offers both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. Located in Flowood, MS, in Rankin County with close proximity to Hinds and Madison Counties, our outpatient services are within driving distance to many surrounding areas. We help individuals and families achieve optimal mental health, resulting in improved quality of life. MANAGEMENT/QUALITY ASSURANCE.

The Manager of Risk Management is responsible for assisting the Director of Risk Management with overseeing and managing all aspects of quality assurance and compliance within the behavioral healthcare facility. This role assists with ensuring that services are delivered according to regulatory standards, best practices, and organizational policies, with a focus on improving patient care, safety, and outcomes. The Manager of Risk Management collaborates across departments to identify opportunities for improvement, implement evidence-based strategies, and maintain accreditation standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Mississippi. Must demonstrate good mental health, be able to handle multiple pressures, possess critical thinking skills, observe and attend to details, and be able to initiate change. CPR certified. Handle with care certified. Current RHIA Certification/licensure a plus.

Preferred:

1-3 years experience in a psychiatric healthcare compliance/risk setting. About Universal Health Services
