Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Quality Director to join our leadership team in Roxboro, NC. In this role, you’ll lead hospital-wide efforts to ensure high standards in patient safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance. What You’ll Do:
Oversee quality improvement, compliance, and patient safety programs. Lead hospital readiness for accreditation (e.g., JCAHO, OSHA). Manage incident reports, risk claims, and follow-ups. Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative leaders. Provide staff education on best practices and regulatory standards. Analyze trends to drive quality metrics and performance improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Active NC RN license (or multistate compact license). At least 3 years of healthcare experience. Minimum 2 years in risk management, quality, or compliance. Familiarity with accreditation standards (JCAHO, OSHA). Management or leadership experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
