Project Manager Job Description:
Project Manager duties and responsibilities: Provide project management support to ensure Project Charter milestones are completed on-time, within budget, and with expected results Develop project plans that align with Project Charter milestones Provide status reports into various project governance activities Participate in various status meetings and provide management with required updates Assist in the development of action plans for in-scope activities Conduct team and planning meetings Manage project documentation and retention Prepare executive level presentations on project deliverables as required Project Manager skills and qualifications:
MUST HAVE
working knowledge of Commercial Loan Operations & risk management practices Experience in mid-size or large bank operating models Knowledge of bank conversion and integration activities Proficient in use of office programs and project management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances Good leadership and decision-making skills Exceptional problem-solving skills Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a mid-size to large bank is desired Preference for candidates that have worked in similar sized banking environments ($10 – $100 Billion in assets)
