Role:

Looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to support our Property & Casualty insurance program . This role plays a key part in handling policy renewals, claims management, and maintaining vital insurance documentation across multiple lines of coverage. You’ll work closely with brokers, TPAs, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure our insurance and risk management processes are compliant, efficient, and accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with policy renewals , mid-year changes , and overall insurance program support Manage and report claims across all lines of coverage (auto, property, liability, etc.) Maintain up-to-date property and vehicle schedules Generate and track insurance certificates and auto ID cards Support risk management and safety initiatives Coordinate with upper management, brokers, claims teams, and legal counsel as needed

Qualifications:

BA in Risk Management or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) required 2-4 years of relevant insurance or risk management experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners Why Join Us?
