Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Three Rivers Midlands is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Quality and Performance Improvement The Director of Quality and Performance Improvement manages the quality and safety functions for the facility. Ensures compliance with UHS and regulatory standards. Oversees all Performance Improvement functions in the facility. This is a Full Time Position, with some weekend and evening requirements.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in Healthcare Adminsitration or a similar field and with a minimum of two years’ experience. Must have a valid SC driver’s license in good standing. Must possess knowledge of therapeutic relationships, therapeutic processes, adolescent growth and development, limit-setting and behavior management, crisis management of aggressive behaviors and CPR. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
