is seeking a Director, Business Risk Manager in Nashville, TN. Are you an innovative thinker? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure? We’re looking for a Director, Business Risk Manager to: Participate in regional and global risk projects to enhance risk assessment and monitoring. Execute risk management including risk limit setting and stress/credit exposure calculation for complex financing clients, covering a broad range of products including prime brokerage, swaps, exchange-traded derivatives, FX prime brokerage, and listed options. Perform margin requirement calculations for prime brokerage and swap portfolios. Interact with external clients on all stages of the service life cycle. Work with Global Markets Financing Sales/Senior Relationship Management, Account Managers, Collateral Managers and Credit Officers. Help the franchise optimize scarce resources including Balance Sheet, Capital, and Risk Weighted Assets). Participate in regional and global risk calls. Your expertise Education & Experience Requirement This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, or a related field of study plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as a Risk Manager, Market Risk Associate, or a related occupation. Position requires experience with the following: SQL, Python; Counterparty credit risk, Market risk, or Prime Financing Risk. Large distributed data sets. Analyzing plausibility trends, tends, and themes; Clearing exchanges and negotiating with hedge fund clients. Value at risk, expected shortfall, correlation, and tail risk analysis; Economics and its application to assessment of market risk and cleared and otc portfolios. Can work remotely.
