Position Summary:

Understand and apply the principles of clinical performance quality, evaluation, and control through chart audit, abstraction and reporting per the Perinatal Telehealth Grant requirements. Act as a resource, data, problem-solving, and improvement expert supporting leadership, medical staff, committees, accreditations, certifications, and process improvement initiatives specific to this population.

Position Qualification:

Bachelors in Public Health or Nursing
BSN Preferred.
Licensed as a Nurse in the State of TN if applicable.
Background in public health.
