Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced trader to execute and optimize fixed income strategies, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role involves executing fixed income trades, optimizing execution costs, and developing data-driven trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and manage fixed income trades , ensuring efficient execution and cost optimization. Develop data-driven trading strategies , leveraging quantitative analysis and market insights. Maintain and expand relationships with brokers, counterparties, and internal stakeholders . Ensure compliance with financial regulations and evolving market standards. Collaborate with senior management, portfolio managers, and technology teams to enhance trading platforms and processes. Identify and recommend investment opportunities , monitoring market conditions for advantageous trades. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services. Must possess a Green Card or U.S. citizenship. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quantitative focus. Proven ability to implement changes within an organization. Ability to excel in a dynamic environment . Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field . Experience as a Trader is advantageous. Relevant certifications
CFA, CPA
. Fluency in English and Portuguese , both spoken and written. Spanish proficiency is a plus. Solid knowledge of legislative and regulatory processes in the financial markets of Brazil and the United States . MBA and/or CFA are appreciated but not mandatory. Why Join Us? Bonus:
paid semiannually according to the rules formulated by Avenue Pay checks: submitted semimonthly.
Paid Vacation/PTO:
120 hours (15 business days) in total distributed throughout the year, to be agreed and authorized in advance with the direct manager.
