Location options are Richmond, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia. Provide high touch equity and options order handling services to Wealth Brokerage and Advisory clients. Communicate directly with the front office on liquidity sourcing and execution strategies; best execution and superior service are the highest priorities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Handle firm “high touch” equity and options order flow in a professional manner, consistent with principles of best execution. 2. Consult with the front office on portfolio and execution strategies. 3. Provide assistance to the front office with order entry and trade problems as needed. 4. Work directly with internal service partners to proactively address and correct issues that arise. 5. Recommend enhancements and process improvements by staying current with changes in the marketplace, new products and services, and regulatory changes. 6. Assist leadership with ad hoc business activities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Three (3) years of equity trading experience 3. Strong analytical and computer skills with a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg and electronic trading platforms (e.g. FlexTrade ColorPalette, Refinitiv REDI Plus) 4. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 57 and 63 or ability to acquire within 3 months. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment 6. Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
