Led by our experienced Head Trader and other seasoned professionals, the training commences in the classroom and seamlessly transitions to our trading floor. We firmly believe that live trading is the most effective method for learning and succeeding in this dynamic environment. Successful candidates must embody the dual qualities of being self-starters and effective team learners. The role is best suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, while demonstrating a keen ability to maintain focus and composure under intense pressure. While new traders will have the opportunity to earn bonuses from trading right away, we recognize that there is a learning curve that varies for each individual. This position offers a base salary of $34,320 + monthly bonus from trading profits. Requirements This role is limited to persons with unrestricted/indefinite right to work in the United States. To be considered for the position, candidates should meet the following criteria: Bachelor’s degree Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher SIE & Series 57 exams: Exams must be passed prior to the start date.
