About the

Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Crypto Derivatives Sales professional to join our team in New York. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in equity derivatives or FX options who is eager to transition into or deepen their involvement in the digital asset space. You will play a key role in expanding our institutional client base and driving growth in our crypto derivatives offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Originate and manage relationships with institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and proprietary trading firms.
Pitch and execute crypto derivatives strategies, including options and structured products, in collaboration with the trading desk.
Actively prospect and onboard new clients interested in gaining exposure to digital assets through derivative instruments.
Provide market intelligence, product education, and trade ideas tailored to client objectives.
Partner with internal teams across trading, operations, and risk to ensure seamless client service and execution.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in institutional sales, ideally in equity derivatives, FX options, or structured products.
Demonstrated success in building and managing institutional relationships.
Strong understanding of derivatives markets and a genuine interest in crypto and blockchain technology.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
