We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Equity Trading to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in New York City, NY, and is a hybrid working role. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Execute buy-side orders in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner Trade specific order flow alongside senior traders for best execution using limits and algorithms Carefully manage the lifecycle of daily trades Work with senior team members to create solutions for ultra-high net clients Maintain broad expertise in all product offerings to aid our wealth managers and their clients Support wealth teams and their clients by providing market insights and trade support Assist the Option and Structured Product trading teams To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 2-4 years of relevant experience in equities and/or trading At BNY, our culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $95,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
