$30.-$43.per hour (DOE) What you’ll be doing: Prepare and file Forms 1099-R, 5498, and 945 for federal and state tax reporting. Review and validate IRA transactions and RMD calculations throughout the year. Oversee daily tax withholding payments and year-end tax filings. Ensure accuracy through TIN matching and quality assurance reviews. Resolve complex tax issues and support audit readiness. Coordinate with vendors for non-IRA tax reporting. Identify and implement process improvements. Support client onboarding and respond to tax-related inquiries. Provide guidance and mentorship to tax team members. Requirements for the role Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Required CPA/CPA Eligible Preferred 3 years of relevant tax experience What will set you apart?
