We are currently seeking adynamic and experienced Permanent Tax- Senior Associate to join ourfast-paced Accounting and Finance team. This is an exceptionalopportunity for a tax professional with a minimum of 3-4 years ofexperience, looking to advance their career and make a significantcontribution to our company. The ideal candidate will have a strongunderstanding of partnership tax laws and regulations, excellentanalytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workon time.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Tax- Senior Associate,you will be responsible for: 1. Preparing and reviewing partnershiptax returns and work papers, ensuring compliance with state andfederal regulations. 2. Conducting research on complex tax mattersand providing guidance to partners and clients. 3. Assisting in theplanning and execution of tax strategies to minimize taxliabilities and risks. 4. Collaborating with the audit team toensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 5. Providing taxadvisory services to partners, including advising on the taximplications of proposed business decisions and transactions. 6.Keeping abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, andadvising partners on the potential impact of these changes on theirbusiness. 7. Participating in the training and development ofjunior staff, providing guidance and feedback as necessary. 8.Liaising with tax authorities and representing partners in taxaudits and disputes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for thePermanent Tax- Senior Associate role will have the followingqualifications: 1. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or arelated field. A CPA, Masters in Taxation, or a similarqualification will be an added advantage. 2. A minimum of 5 yearsof experience in a tax role, with a focus on partnership taxation.3. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations,particularly as they relate to partnerships. 4. Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability tointerpret complex tax information and provide clear, conciseadvice. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to work effectively with partners, clients, and teammembers at all levels. 6. High attention to detail and a commitmentto delivering high-quality work on time. 7. Proficiency in taxsoftware and other relevant computer applications. 8.
