Senior Tax Associate Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Responsibilities:

Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses according to federal, state, and local tax lawsReview tax returns for accuracy and identifying issues that may require additional research or explanation to the clientPrepare tax returns for individuals, families, and businesses by calculating tax liability based on income and deductionsReview financial records and other documents to determine taxable income for individuals or businessesResearch tax laws to determine how new legislation impacts existing laws and planning strategies accordinglyPrepare reports and documentation of tax filings and results to support audits and appealsCoordinate with other members of the accounting team to ensure that all work meets professional standardsPrepare tax returns for individuals and businesses according to federal, state, and local tax lawsCommunicate with clients to answer questions about their tax obligations and provide advice about how to meet those obligations

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant License (or CPA eligible) 2+ years of experienceStrong interpersonal skillsRelationship building skills

Salary:

$75,000 – $95,000
