We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the International Tax team in our Boca Raton, Sunrise, or Jupiter office. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Support Tax Partners, Directors, and others in our International Tax Practice Calendar management, time entry and expense report processing Assist with requests for new client set ups and expansion of services for current clients utilizing the client relationship management process Prepare and track engagement letters Send tax returns/forms to clients Compose, prepare and distribute written materials for management using sound judgment including correspondence, memos/letters, agendas, presentations, and minutes Utilize software for retention of client documentation and maintain workflow processes Run client-specific reports Assist team with billing process Process invoice requests and back-up materials required to invoice client accounts Organize team scheduling meetings and maintain schedule updates in staffing system Assist with Partner continuing education, register for conferences and seminars, track resulting education credits in the learning system Book travel arrangements as requested Maintain team’s contacts and mailing lists Assist the team with daily workflow Provide local office support as needed Perform other duties as assigned.
YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have: Minimum 4+ years of experience in administrative support work, office practices and administrative procedures Ability to work independently and as a team member Highly motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Tech savvy with the ability and desire to embrace necessary software applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; intermediate knowledge of all other Microsoft applications Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects while prioritizing, planning and organizing projects simultaneously Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods of the year Knowledgeable of business grammar and basic proofreading skills Professional demeanor and appearance necessary at all times Demonstrated client focus experience interacting with senior level executives Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-up skills, required Demonstrated team player with a flexible personality and positive attitude Notary Public credentials a plus Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
