Experienced Tax Advisor Holland Financial, Inc. 700 West Granada Boulevard, Ormond Beach, FL 32174 Holland, Tacinelli & Klayer, Inc. are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to prepare federal, state, county and local income tax returns for both businesses and individuals. Strong organizational and communication skills and prior experience are required. This position offers a challenging career opportunity with benefits. Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of experience of tax preparation is required
• Knowledge of Thomson Reuters Professional Suite – Ultra Tax, Accounting CS, Fixed Asset and Planner
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online is desired
• Proficient with a computer
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Extremely organized, attention to detail
• Excellent with technology
• Eager to help and to learn, desire to advance within the organization
• Responsible and reliable
• Task-oriented

Trustworthy Responsibilities:

• Record accounting transactions; prepare trail balances and simple financial statements
• Prepare tax returns and work papers accurately and efficiently
• Display general understanding and knowledge of applicable tax laws and rules
• Exhibit familiarity with the pronouncements of the FASB, AICPA and GASB
• Understand the basic rules, regulations and code of ethics of the AICPA
• Comprehend pertinent IRC sections and regulations
• Demonstrate basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes
• Perform tax research
