A Top CPA firm is looking to add a Tax Associate to theirgrowing team. This stable and growing firm offers clients valuableknowledge and expertise in tax. Due to the recent growth of thefirm, there is an opportunity for a Tax Associate to join a team ofhighly motivated staff.
Responsibilities:
Organizing and analyzingclients’ financial information Establishing and updating clientrecords Preparing necessary forms for filing taxes Advising clientsabout tax liabilities and other tax-related matters Filing taxreturns on paper or electronically on behalf of clients Stayingcurrent on IRS and state and local tax rules and regulations andensuring full compliance Assisting with audits by gathering andpreparing financial information
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degreein Accounting or related field CPA preferred or eligible 1 years ofproven experience in public accounting preferred Analytical skillsto review financial information Strong written and oralcommunication skills to explain information to clients Knowledge ofIRS rules and regulations as well as state and local tax lawsFamiliarity with tax preparation and accounting software andelectronic tax filing systems Multitasking skills to handlemultiple clients’ tax preparations at the same time Organizationalskills to maintain clean records Strong time management skills tocomplete work within strict deadlines If you are interested inconnecting further about any level of opportunity within publicaccounting, please apply here or email me directly atBraxton.
