We’re a boutique tax andaccounting firm based in Wellesley, MA, known for ourclient-focused approach, tight-knit team, and strong localpresence. With a retiring team member, we’re looking to add anexperienced tax professional who thrives in a fast-paced,relationship-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare a varietyof tax returns (1040, 1041, 990, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 706) Provideaudit assistance and respond to IRS/state notices Maintain ongoingcommunication with clients—own the process from start to finishAssist with bookkeeping for select clients Accept payments, processfilings, and ensure accurate submission Collaborate with leadershipwhile maintaining independence in your work

What We’re Looking For:

4 years of professional tax preparation experience CPA or EnrolledAgent preferred Experience with Drake and Lacerte softwareExcellent communication skills and a client-first mindsetSelf-starter who works well independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

$100K-$130K base salary, depending onexperience Medical & dental insurance options Paid vacation, sick,holiday, and personal time Busy season: 40-50 hours/week

Off-season:

32-40 hours/week
