Job Details Responsibilities:

Serve asthe primary liaison for a broad portfolio of clients, overseeingcomprehensive tax compliance and strategic advisory services. Leadthe onboarding process for new clients, delivering consultativeguidance on entity selection, owner compensation strategies,deduction optimization, and regulatory compliance. Conduct in-depthreviews of tax filings across multiple entity types, including SCorporations (1120-S), C Corporations (1120), Partnerships (1065),and Individual returns (1040). Analyze and refine accountingrecords prior to tax engagement, including reconciliation ofaccounts, posting of adjusting entries, and trial balancepreparation. Perform targeted tax research and provide analyticalinsights on complex issues in collaboration with firm leadership.

Develop and implement tailored tax strategies, projections, andplanning initiatives for both business entities and individualclients.

Qualifications:

10 years experience in business returns(corp, s-corp, partnership) Bachelors in Accounting Masters inAccounting or Taxation CPA preferred Interested in hearing more?
