Senior International Tax AnalystSkillsoft is seeking a SeniorInternational Tax Analyst to assist with all aspects of theinternational tax processes for timely and accurate financialfiling, including the preparation of the international formsincluded in the U.S. return, preparation the local statutory returnfilings, and assistance with preparation of the internationalaspects of the tax provision. In this role, you will have theopportunity to work closely with many cross-functional groupsincluding corporate accounting, treasury, and FP&A as well asother members of the tax department.

Responsibilities Preparation of the federal tax compliance filings to include5471, 8858, and 1120-F Coordinate with providers to complete tax filings inapproximately 20 non-US tax jurisdictions Assist with income tax audits and other tax filings Collaborate and assist with the quarterly and annual taxprovision Responsible for conducting research of tax technical and taxaccounting issues Coordinate and communicate directly with other departments,including but not limited to local and regional controllership,technical accounting, treasury, and FP&A that support the taxreporting process Complete additional projects as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED

2-5 years of professionalUS tax experience or public accountingexperience with a Bachelor’s degree (CPA and master’s degree in taxis highly preferred) Knowledge of ASC 740 and financial and accountingprinciples Proficient in MS Office Suite and strong Excel skills lincluding vlookups Experience with OneSource or equivalent tax compliancesoftware Excellent analytical, organizational and project managementskills Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear andstraightforward manner Proficient in building and maintaining effective workingrelationships Must be self-sufficient, a great teammate, and work well in afast-paced, time-sensitive environmentTarget salary range for thisjob requisition is anticipated to be approximately $85,000 to$100,000.We also offer Enterprise benefits including but notlimited to: medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
