  The Tax Senior is responsible for managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax services.

This position plays a key role in the preparation and review of various tax returns and ensures compliance with tax regulations while providing strategic tax advice to clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the preparation and review of individual (1040), corporate (1120, 1120S), partnership (1065), and non-profit (990) tax returns.
Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct tax research and provide insights on tax legislation and compliance matters.
Prepare and review tax provisions and assist in audits as necessary.
Train and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on tax accounting and return preparation.
Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize their tax liabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
Experience with tax software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
