Job Details Responsibilities:

1.

Trusts and Estates:

• Drafting and reviewing trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and otherestate planning documents.
• Advising clients on wealthpreservation, asset protection, and succession planning.
• Handlingestate administration and probate proceedings. 2. Tax Controversy
• Representing clients in IRS audits, appeals, and tax litigation
• Negotiating settlements with tax authorities on behalf ofclients.
• Providing counsel on tax compliance issues and potentialliabilities.

Tax Compliance:

• Advising clients on federal,state, and international tax laws.
• Developing tax-efficientstrategies for individuals and businesses.
• Ensuring compliancewith tax regulations and reporting requirements.

4.

ClientCounseling:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationshipsthrough effective communication and trust.
• Providing tailoredlegal advice and solutions based on individual client needs andobjectives.
• Educating clients on legal risks and opportunitiesrelated to trusts, estates, and taxes.

5.

Research and Analysis:

• Conducting legal research to stay current on regulatorydevelopments and case law.
• Analyzing complex legal issues andproviding clear, concise written and oral recommendations.

TeamCollaboration:

• Collaborating with colleagues across differentlegal disciplines to provide comprehensive client solutions.
• Mentoring junior attorneys and supporting their professionaldevelopment.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from anaccredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in goodstanding. Minimum of [X] years of experience practicing trusts,estates, tax controversy, and tax compliance law. Proven trackrecord of successfully managing complex legal mattersindependently. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability toprioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to professional growth and continuing education inrelevant legal fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master of Laws(LL.M.) in Taxation or related field. Experience working withhigh-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients.
