If you are ahighly motivated individual with business tax preparationexperience and excellent communication skills, we need you to helpour customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax Businessproducts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managingcomplex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of federal andstate tax laws and regulations for business and personal taxreturns, as well as significant experience in preparing and filingbusiness and personal tax returns. What you’ll bring

• Strongbusiness tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of taxlaws as evidenced by 3 or more years of recent experience preparingfederal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for atleast 20 clients/customers per season for compensation, usingcommercial tax preparation software.
• Minimum of 2 seasons ofpersonal Tax Preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 taxreturns per tax year in a tax practice or retail setting forcompensation, strongly preferred
• Must be available to work aminimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
• Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation is stronglypreferred.
• Experience preparing Business Tax returns for serviceindustry customers strongly preferred.
• Must possess or be able toobtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Must possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficient with technology;solid knowledge of computer operations and software.

• This is a virtual,customer-facing role; you will be using our state of the art videocommunications software (Smartlook) to interact with customers.
• Help TurboTax Business customers who are working on their taxreturns or have delegated their tax returns with: o Tax advice oFull Service Business return preparation and signature oProduct/software inquires o Tax calculations o Filing taxextensions
• Create high quality customer interactions andexperiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy,and your extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of businesstax preparation and books to tax accounting entries.
• Utilize andleverage government websites, professional resources, and teamexpertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customerusing everyday language.
• Apply defined practices, procedures, andcompany policies to troubleshoot and resolve customer tax adviceand tax return preparation
• Document customer interactions
• Workcontinuously toward meeting company key performance metrics and BigBet Goals.
