Job Details KeyResponsibilities:

Prepare and review federal, state, and local taxreturns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and otherentities. Conduct tax research and stay current with tax laws andregulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice toclients. Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimizetax liabilities and maximize financial opportunities. Analyzefinancial statements and reports to determine tax implications andensure accurate reporting. Communicate with clients to gathernecessary information, address inquiries, and provide updates ontax matters. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficientworkflow and high-quality deliverables. Participate in internal andexternal training programs to enhance technical skills andknowledge. Mentor and train junior staff, providing guidance andsupport in their professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPAor EA certification preferred. 2 years of relevant tax experiencein a public accounting firm or corporate tax department. Strongunderstanding of federal, state, and local tax laws andregulations. Proficiency in tax preparation software and MicrosoftOffice Suite. Excellent analytical, organizational, andproblem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability tomanage multiple tasks and deadlines. Effective communication andinterpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
