The New York office of Sidley Austin LLP is looking for an associate to join its Tax practice area team with a minimum of three years of experience in M&A/private equity. Candidates must be admitted to practice law (or eligible to obtain admission promptly) in New York. Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
