The business operates in the mid-market to premium deal space advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on representation and warranties and tax insurance policies for complex M&A deals. We are looking to talk individuals with an entrepreneurial attitude with strong relationships across private equity funds, law firms and accountants with appetite to move into a commercial and deal orientated world where they can leverage the legal or accounting background they hold.
