Senior Tax Analyst:

Senior Tax Analyst:
Assist with the ASC 740 quarterly and annual income tax Prepare book-to-tax adjustments, oversee external prepared returns, compile schedules for income/franchise tax filings Assist with monitoring and assessing tax law changes for operating activities Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments and year-end extension requests Assist with tax examinations Assist with special projects as requested Job Requirements for
Senior Tax Analyst:
Bachelor&s degree in accounting or finance required Min. 5-7 years& experience in a mid-sized public accounting firm Strong knowledge of GAAP, Tax accounting, along with Federal and State corporate tax law Strong working knowledge of tax technology, and computer programs Ability to work independently and part of a team Strong attention to detail and communication skills PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
