Specific Responsibilities:

This position in the Chubb Associate Program will be working in the Chubb Global Tax Department as a Tax Associate. As a Chubb Global Tax Associate , you will be expected to: Prepare state, federal and international tax returns utilizing research and time management skills to ensure returns are timely and accurately filed Respond to state notices, applying research and verbal and written communication skills to resolve tax disputes with state and local jurisdictions Review premium tax filings prepared by a third-party preparer, checking for informational and numerical accuracy, and communicating corrections as needed Participate in tax technical training sessions and work alongside coworkers to learn how to use tax technology such as CorpTax and Longview Demonstrate willingness to be a team player, work closely with other members of the team around deadlines to ensure returns are filed accurately and timely Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting but others will be considered GPA of 3.0 or above required. Preferred prior work experience, including but not limited to summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships. Preferred leadership experience, including but not limited to work, involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities. Technically adept/digitally savvy Sponsorship, now or in the future, is not available for this role.
