Analyst Duration:

Summary:
Client-facing experience Payroll Tax Experience Excel proficiency Knowledge of tax filing processes
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Manage multiple project plans simultaneously Perform root cause analysis on tax-related issues Set up companies in the tax system Create Power of Attorneys for jurisdictions EFT setup, testing, and registrations Support new client registrations Integrate payroll systems with tax filing systems Conduct bank testing Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Reconcile accounts Support offshoring initiatives Investigate regulatory and compliance issues Assist with mergers and acquisitions projects Liaise with payroll client teams and clients Manage vendor work Update SOPs and communicate changes Identify and communicate process improvements Support internal and external audits
Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of payroll tax filing experience Strong verbal and written communication skills 2+ years of client interaction and management Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlook-ups, macro development) 2+ years of experience with tax filing software Preferred experience with
Master Tax and ADP Smart Compliance Additional Requirements:
