Partners Professional is seeking candidates for a new opening asa Tax Coordinator/clerk for our client located in Gainesville GA.It is in a professional office, on-site daily and offered as atemporary position with a possibility to go perm based onperformance, skill set and attendance. You will be providingClerical support with other team members, using Excel spreadsheetsto enter data, providing phone support and handling related tasks.

It is required that you be tech savvy and have good computer skillsto be successful in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Providingdata entry, filing, scanning, documenting and managing theadministrative support to the tax department team. • Assisting inanswering phones, providing information, answering and redirectionfor questions.

Key Requirements:

Strong communication skills toeffectively interact with team members and external stakeholders.

Verbal, phone , in person and Email Proficient in computers skills-emailing, scheduling, data entry, filing MS Excel skills for dataentry and organizational tasks. Data entry into spreadsheets anddata maintenance Experience in an ERP system is a plus Accurate,efficient and task orientation are key Packing, securing and 1-2years of office experience would be helpful This position offersvariety of daily tasks, needs someone who takes initiative, and isreliable. While you don’t have to be an expert with computerskills, being able to learn, retain and grow with new skills isimportant.
